How to Obtain Law Enforcement Records Held by SCORE

Use of Law Enforcement Requests is Voluntary and Discretionary by SCORE
The allowed submission of law enforcement requests is at SCORE’s sole discretion and may be discontinued at any time. Users must certify each requests at the time of submission. Law Enforcement Requests are processed through this separate portal and are not requests under the Public Records Act, ch. 42.56 RCW. Information obtained from any Law Enforcement Request is protected under WA RCW 70.48.100 and other applicable laws and is not to be disseminated to any other agencies or non-law enforcement persons absent written authorization or court order.
